Co-founder of Guerriere & Halnon, Inc. in February, 1972. Northeastern University graduate in Civil Engineering. Oversees the operation of the Corporation with its three offices in Milford, Franklin and Whitinsville, MA.
James J. Sullivan, B.S.E.T. / M.B.A.
VP of Operations for the overall business. Jim received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute and an MBA from Northeastern University. Joined the firm in 2011.
Elizabeth Mainini, P.E.
Elizabeth is a Professional Engineer registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with over 15 yrs of experience in the Engineering and Land Surveying field. Elizabeth currently holds the position of Engineering Manager of the Milford Office. Responsibilities include direct communication with clients, evaluating projects, preparing scope of services and estimates. She supervises and trains a staff of five engineers and coordinates all engineering projects, while maintaining the position of Lead Project Engineer for many of the department's major engineering projects.
Jeff attended Central New England College and the Hartford Graduate Center and acquired his first LS license in 1996. He is a licensed Land Surveyor in CT, RI, MA, VT, NH and NY.

Obtained Civil degree at University of Massachusetts- Amherst. Joined firm in June of 1992.
Diane A. Burlingame, Site Planner
Attended Northeastern University and Wentworth Institute for Site Planning and Design. Received Certification from The Rhode Island School of Design for Interior Design, Lighting and Landscaping. With firm since August 1984.
