Perform "21E" Preliminary (Initial) Environmental Site Assessments including:  research of property, former owners, and uses of land; research of public, town and state agencies for any previous spills on-site or in proximity to the property; a site examination; excavation and testing of soils and groundwater for any pollutants, and preparation of a Preliminary (Initial) "21E" Site Assessment.
