With over 40 years experience, Mr. Halnon is the Co-Founder and former Treasurer of Guerriere & Halnon, Inc., Engineering and Land Surveying. Mr. Halnon also served in the capacity of Professional Land Surveyor, Surveying Supervisor and Safety Officer.
